Our Design Advantage
To ensure that Skate Concept skate parks deliver the superior ride and performance characteristics skaters demand, every park we build is designed by an expert skate park designer who understands how to give a park the right mix of flow and challenge to ensure its success. This is critical because many parks (even concrete parks) are often unimaginative in design, with too little variety or challenge to be fun for experienced skaters. Conversely, some parks can be too difficult or extreme for beginners, sending them back to the shopping mall
parking lot. In both cases such parks are often underused, or ignored altogether, wasting the community’s investment in them. In contrast, Skate Concept skate parks are designed to give skaters enough challenge and variety so that they can endlessly invent runs and perfect their skills – exactly what a skater wants in a park. To date there are more than 400 Skate Concept skate parks in use in both Europe and North America, a testament to their popularity with skateboarders.
